Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing staff and provide ongoing training and development
- Oversee sales activities and ensure targets are met
- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, and payroll
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly
- Conduct employee orientations and performance evaluations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficiency in sales management and understanding of retail operations
- Excellent math skills for handling financial transactions and inventory management
- Knowledge of stock control procedures and merchandising techniques
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
