Summary of the Position:
The Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Leasing team and delivering excellent service to prospective customers. S/he will report to the Managing Director of Leasing and will be located at our Chicago regional office.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that all information for listings and vacant space is correct and uploaded to applicable leasing platforms (i.e., CoStar, VTS.,)

Coordinate landlord execution for agreements

Enter documents into Lease Data Global for lease abstraction and billing

Create floorplans for available spaces and manage floorplans folder

Edit flyers and leasing presentations as needed

Draft proposals, draft commission agreements, draft NDAs, ROFOs and other notices from standard templates

Track marketing budget

Assist in general leasing reporting like executed deals per quarter vs budget, tour tracker, monthly leasing activity reports

Manage billing matters related to leasing/marketing expenses

Support annual budget process
Skills & Qualifications:
-
2-4 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, marketing or related field, or any similar combination of education and experience

Bachelor’s degree required

Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills

Experience creating and editing marketing materials

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and other “marketing” tools

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

Adapt to changing and challenging situations, think and act strategically, and demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities

Must display initiative, be proactive, detail oriented, creative, reliable, and energetic in managing all tasks and priorities
