This is a Part-time entry-level, administrative support position with the City's Communication Department. An individual in this position will be one of two front line contacts located in the City Hall lobby. This individual will respond to customer inquiries in-person, electronically and via telephone regarding City programs and services, responding with accurate, timely and courteous customer service.
High School Diploma or General Educational Development Certificate and some financial and call center experience, customer service center or comparable setting, ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute. Bilingual (Spanish) applicants are highly desired.
