Park Slope Day Camp, a summer day camp operating in three locations throughout Brooklyn, is seeking a Nature Specialist to run fun, educational workshops in Prospect Park with camp groups ages 3.5 - 13 years old.
We are looking for creative professionals with experience instructing children in outdoor skills such as hiking, plant and animal identification, camping techniques, or other skills that will bring value to our program. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least one-year experience as a youth Environmental Educator in any capacity. Applicants should be comfortable working on their feet in an outdoor environment.
Summer camp will run Monday - Friday from July 1 - August 23. Work hours for specialists will occur between 9 AM - 6 PM on varied schedules.
