Regent Restoration is a locally owned and family operated restoration, general contracting company that specializes in managing medium to large residential and commercial projects. We are excited for you to join our expanding team as a Project Manager to oversee interior projects from start to finish. General Overview of Duties
General
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of a home and or commercial renovation project from start to finish. This includes everything from demolition and removal, to plumbing and electrical work, as well as finishes like drywall, flooring, painting and any punch list items.
- Oversee job efficiency and profitability.
- Data entry to CRM daily, IE: notes, progress pictures, scheduling changes
Project Schedule
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan that aligns with operation needs and budget allowances.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the provisions and requirements of all contract documents, including: plans, specifications, owners’ contract, sub-contracts and purchase orders.
- Track and manage project costs to ensure company’s set profit margins are met.
- Manage the permitting and approval phase of the development process and ensures all proper approvals have been received prior to construction phase.
- Manage and document entire job progress through company CRM system and other insurance portals as instructed.
- Source and procure materials for the project and ensuring cost does not go over budget.
Sub-Contractors
- Source new qualified Subcontractors for specific trades.
- Manage Subcontract workers to ensure each job is completed on time.
Client Management
- Work with the client to create a plan that meets their budget and timeline.
- Offer guidance and advice to clients on design choices, as well as handle any unforeseen problems that may come up during the course of the project.
- Maintain open communication with every client and address all questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to Regent Restoration’s client payment collection timeline and collect due payments from clients.
- Enter all conversation details into CRM
Office and Site Meetings
- When called for, preform on-site meetings with clients to discuss project details.
- Provide update of project weekly at staff meetings in-office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials, as well as strong understanding in project management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively speak with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other members of the Regent Restoration team.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Problem solving attitude.
- Has a keen eye for detail to ensure that the final product meets the client’s expectations.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
