Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Manage inventory and stock levels, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records
- Assist with customer service inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Help train and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote the business
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist with financial tasks, such as cash handling and basic math calculations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a retail/customer service environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including record keeping and data entry
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and performing inventory calculations
