The Corporate Financial Controller is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial accounting and reporting within the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of corporate accounting, financial controls, strong leadership skills, and the ability to implement financial strategy to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation of accurate and timely consolidated financial statements in compliance with US GAAP. Ensure transparency and integrity of financial reporting.

Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets, ensure accuracy of financial records, and comply with regulatory standards. Continuously evaluate and enhance control processes to mitigate risks.

Cash Management: Optimize cash flow management strategies to support operational needs and maximize investment returns. Monitor liquidity, banking relationships, and financing arrangements.

Tax Compliance: Oversee tax compliance activities, working closely with external tax advisors. Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and adherence to tax laws and regulations.

Audit Coordination: Manage the relationship with external auditors and facilitate the annual financial audit process. Prepare audit schedules, respond to inquiries, and address audit findings in a timely manner.

Financial Systems and Processes: Evaluate and optimize financial systems, processes, and policies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Implement best practices and automation solutions where applicable.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Required Skills/Abilities/Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.

7+ years of progressive experience in financial management and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

Public accounting experience preferred.

Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Experience in purchase accounting preferred.

Experience with financial systems (ERP) (SAP S4 HANA preferred), reporting tools, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information:
This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and may require occasional travel or overtime during peak periods. The salary and benefits package will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
