The Inventory Associates are responsible for fulfilling the orders placed by in-store customers and online pre-order. Using the state’s verification system and High Haven’s POS system, they will intake, manage, move, and count the inventory on a daily basis. The Inventory Associates will also identify products for quarantine and assist with the investigation of inventory discrepancies.
Responsibilities

Package orders from in-store customers, and online pre-orders

Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products

Utilize the state verification system and POS system to document the movement of products throughout the store

Perform daily inventory counts

Report discrepancies in inventory and assist with investigation to locate missing items or product overages

Assess the products delivered before delivery is officially accepted

Perform quality checks on items stored in inventory to ensure products are unadulterated, compliant, and within their expiration date

Count and stock non-cannabis supplies

Ensure compliance by adhering to company policies and best practices
-
Complete downtime duties such as cleaning, organizing, and special projects

Operate with integrity and honesty

Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers and staff

Assist in other departments within the facility

Education, Training, and Certifications
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
Must have experience working with inventory tracking software, or similar programs
-
Experience with cannabis related software a plus
-
Must complete all trainings provided by management
-
Must complete yearly training requirements, including Responsible Vendor Training and other courses provided by High Haven.
Skills and Experience

1+ years experience in an inventory heavy position, such as stockroom, fulfillment center, or warehouse

Ability to use inventory computer programs, including spreadsheets

Physical Requirements

Schedule and Availability

Regular Hours: Shifts for this position are available during the day, afternoon and evening, including weekends and some holidays.

Additional Hours: additional hours may be requested in the event of staff shortages or special events.

Employment at High Haven is contingent upon passing a background check and obtaining a Dispensary Agent-in-Charge Badge from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR). This is a mandatory requirement.
