As the Channel Producer, you work independently on standardized/recurring assignments and under the direct supervision of more senior staff on complex projects, analyses, and tasks. You execute projects within the designated channel for a variety of clients and audiences. You identify areas for improvement in the production process and recommend and implement solutions.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Manage projects within the channel.

Develop and execute channel programs by developing scope and objectives, setting milestones and target dates, identifying participants, assembling cross-functional teams, delegating tasks, facilitating meetings, and establishing, tracking and reviewing deliverables.

Guide the business partner in the conception and creation of the channel material. Provide best practices to the creative team to create engaging and interactive experiences for respective channel.

Utilize channel toolkit to publish creative assets.

Prepare and maintain the schedule of channel events or activities based on business needs and resources.

Provide guidance on operational issues, technical questions and business processes.

Review the execution of each program or activity, establish best practices, and identify and recommend improvements.

Ensure the highest level of service efficiently delivered. Identify trends and inefficiencies in production processes and practices and participate in efforts to implement solutions.

Identify trends, variances, and issues. Create and update reports necessary to track trends, causes and areas for improvement. Provide diagnostics and/or recommendations.

Participate in process design and change management for the development, introduction and implementation of improved processes. Stay abreast recent channel trends to include the latest creative tools, techniques, and best practices.

Read Internet research and trade information.

Participate in external knowledge communities and associations. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Content Creation and Editing:

Create and edit video content for various platforms, including social media channels (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.

Ensure high-quality video production, including proper lighting, sound, and visual effects.
-
Edit raw footage, add graphics, and optimize videos for different platforms.

Social Insights Specialist:

Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.

Production Studio Support:
-
Assist with pre-production tasks, such as location scouting, casting, and script development.

Coordinate logistics for shoots, including equipment setup, props, and wardrobe.

Collaborate with the director and other team members to ensure smooth production processes.

Support post-production activities, including organizing files, archiving footage, and assisting with editing when needed.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in video and audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition (and/or Logic Pro), DaVinci Resolve).

Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements.

Basic knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and sound setup.

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $69,439-$111,102
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
