Description:
Intigral Inc., a leader in innovative insulating glass and blinds, seeks a dedicated Manufacturing Receiving Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing daily inventory activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our Walton Hills facility. The ideal candidate will manage the reception, documentation, and storage of incoming materials and products, maintain inventory accuracy, and support overall supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all shipments are received timely and accurately, both physically and entered into Solomon/MS Dynamics.
- Maintain a Daily Open PO report to track incoming shipments and a comprehensive Receiving Log. Provide essential documentation to Accounts Payable.
- Conduct incoming inspections to compare received items against part prints, controlling item availability, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Oversee daily issuance of parts to the production floor and manage the supply of MRP glass, ensuring accuracy and timeliness using systems like KanBan.
- Execute daily cycle counts, and perform monthly and annual physical inventories, including tagged wall-to-wall line counts. Rotate stock as necessary to maintain the FIFO system.
- Assist with shipping duties, maintain operational cleanliness and order (5S standards), and ensure equipment is operational with daily preventative maintenance.
- Ensure safe work practices are followed and provide feedback for materials packaging improvements.
- Manage Engineering Change Notice (ECN) inventory action items, monitor inventory levels, and ensure proper labeling and layout of stock.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in inventory management, receiving, or a related field.
- A high school diploma is required; a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Dynamics or similar ERP systems.
- Ability to regularly lift and move objects weighing 10-50 lbs. Must be able to perform physical tasks and work off-hours for inventory counts.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with vendors, team members, and management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
