We are currently looking for an Executive Recruiter within our Enterprise Services Talent Acquisition team who will have oversight and ownership of Executive Sourcing, screening and selection, research, and pipelining.
Our talent acquisition team solves our hiring needs by applying industry best practices and their knowledge of the recruitment landscape to identify, assess and deliver top talent to our internal customers. Our Talent Acquisition team recruits for salaried positions including, but not limited to, Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Accounting/Finance, HR.
As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-touch and positive candidate experience, consistently branding ATI in the marketplace; developing effective sourcing strategies / executing on those strategies; effectively phone screening candidates to ensure a strong candidate pool and ultimately a strong quality of hire; building talent pools/pipelines; and driving adherence and consistency in the recruitment and interview process to ensure a fair, consistent assessment and selection process. You will work as an ambassador of our Enterprise Services Talent Acquisition function, helping with change management, standardization and implementation of key initiatives within your segment. You will be a trusted partner to our Executive Council members, managing a silk glove experience for their hiring needs as well as the candidates we're considering.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Integrate and partner closely with the L&D team to deeply understand succession plans in order to create visibility into external market hiring needs and pro-actively engage in market scanning and research projects for targeted executive leadership capability.
- Conduct hiring strategy discussions with executive leaders to intimately learn about the business and area in which you are recruiting, the key performance objectives of the role, the position value proposition, and the experiences and competencies that are required of the position.
- Define the best go-to market strategy and execute relevant sourcing activities through LinkedIn, Indeed, professional and industry groups and associations, job boards, direct search, social media, and other sourcing/recruitment avenues.
- Execute on established diversity outreach, sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Deliver high quality candidate management through our ATS (ADP RM) including reviewing and evaluating candidate applications/resumes and appropriately dispositioning candidates in a time manner.
- Partner with hiring teams on creating and delivering competency-based interview guides and assessment formats.
- Provide strong service delivery to hiring managers through frequent communication that includes providing recruitment updates and gathering feedback on candidates.
- Participate in or lead talent special projects within talent acquisition.
- Adhere to performance goals and standards.
- Participate in campus recruitment activities and building the ATI brand on campus.
- Attend networking and professional events, as well as career fairs.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
- Produce reports on performance metrics and measurements.
- May participate in on-site face to face interviews.

Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of full life cycle recruiting
- Minimum of 5 years of executive recruiting
- Demonstrated executive research, pipelining and consulting experience.
Preferred Qualifications: (in addition to Basic Qualifications)
- Both corporate and industrial/manufacturing environments
- Experience with operations leadership roles and a strong network of operations connections.
- Recruiting experience in metals or aerospace & defense.
Skills:
- Effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with top executives.
- Ability to create and present executive summary presentations and data related to research efforts and hiring.
- Excellent ability to build strong relationships, influence hiring managers and drive best recruitment practices.
- Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to deliver results.
- Exhibits strong professionalism and has proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to travel (10%-20%) to visit business locations.
- Ability to work remote with minimal supervision.
