Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with real estate transactions, including buying and selling properties
- Maintain a streamlined and efficient office environment
- Coordinate real estate closings and related events
- Handle client calls and schedule appointments
- Manage office supplies and technology
- Oversee various office-related projects

- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for effective communication
- Problem-solving abilities with a talent for implementing and improving systems
- Exceptional written, electronic, and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines

- Proficient multitasking and work prioritization abilities
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook Calendar
- Knowledge of ReSimpli lead database and QuickBooks accounting software is a plus, but not required
