Employee relations

Administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas.
- Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management.
- Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures.
- May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
- May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager.

Location: Culver City CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $28 - $32 per hour
Weekly task breakdown

40% meeting with managers to talk through employee performance, relations, challenges

10% working within tools to support performance management. Review and taking action (admin)

10% projects, supporting leader or overall organization

15% working with HRBPs to talk through issues, updates, or steps to take action

10% ad hoc

15% general employee questions related to HR policy and process
