Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with autism and developmental disabilities. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing behavioral therapy plans, and maintaining accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavioral therapy interventions to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment strategies
- Maintain detailed medical records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Provide training and support to staff members working with patients
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in medical documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and privacy practices
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and interventions
- Experience collaborating with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Understanding of special education practices
