Applied Behavioral Learning Experiences is looking for a part-time or full time employee who is willing to provide a helping hand with our Clearwater ABA therapy clinic. We are looking for someone with passion and enjoys working in a clinic with children who have autism. This person needs to be quick on their feet and always willing to help. We are seeking an individual who takes pride in their work, is proactive, and has attention to detail. The clinic coordinator position is a hybrid position of administrative work and maintaining the appearance and feel of the clinic.
This position duties include the following:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Scheduling adjustments out of Central Reach
- Maintaining staff certification renewals in Central Reach
- Assisting with schedules (room and client)
- Opening and Closing duties that include: Emptying trash cans, sanitizing clinic, and vacuuming daily
- Keeping the clinic clean, sanitized, and organized
- Maintaining Supply Inventory in Clinic and Ordering Supplies according to par
- Answering the Phones
- Assisting with event/camp set ups
- Greeting team members and parents as they come in
- Sending out Emails / Communications Updates on Google email and Chat
- Promoting Company Core Values
- Making copies and printing
- Assisting the clinic director with any needs
- Decorating offices for the holidays and setting up birthday events
- Coordinates Clinic Events and Trainings
