Working hands-on with clients and customers, our Verizon Sales Associates play a vital role in the implementation and execution of our business development and sales strategies. As a liaison between our clients and customers, the Verizon Sales Associate will effectively meet with new and existing customers, deliver engaging sales presentations, and recommend wireless products and services best suited to their needs. Our Verizon Sales Associates use consultative sales techniques to uncover what the customer wants and deliver solutions guaranteed to satisfy their needs resulting in long-lasting customer relationships and brand loyalty.
The Verizon Sales Associate will receive comprehensive sales training to ensure confidence and success in the position. This training includes classroom-style lessons, roleplay scenarios, intensive product knowledge training, and regular performance check-ins with a senior level manager.
Verizon Sales Associate Position Responsibilities:
- Meet with new and existing customers to provide product and service recommendations best suited to their needs
- Establish a genuine connection and trust to uncover what the customer’s needs are
- Answer questions and address concerns with professionalism, honesty and transparency
- Facilitate the enrollment and order process
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and file according to the company’s policies
- Connect with management and other Verizon Sales Associate team members to review client expectations, sales metrics, customer service results, and production goals
- Review the order details and payment expectations with the customer to offer total transparency
Verizon Sales Associate Requirements:
- Entry-level knowledge of Customer Service, Customer Relations, Sales, Retail, Marketing or a related industry
- Strong sense of duty going beyond expectations to ensure customer needs are met
- Work effectively within a team setting, sharing ideas and coordinating efforts with other Verizon Sales Associates and management team members
- Eager for continuous development and training
- Adaptability in an ever-evolving environment
- Strong communication skills including presentation and negotiation skills
