ArtsBridge Foundation, the education outreach arm of the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, is charged with securing financial resources for ArtsBridge, the Foundation's education and community engagement programs. ArtsBridge provides quality arts education and community engagement programming, designed to inspire creativity and foster the next generation of artists and arts supporters.
Since its inception in 2007, ArtsBridge has served over 300,000 students and educators from 57 Georgia counties, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida and South Carolina. ArtsBridge programs include Field Trips to the Cobb Energy Centre for performances by leading local and national arts organizations, The Georgia High School Musical Theatre Awards – Shuler Hensley Awards, Master Classes, Educational Arts Experiences, Artists-In-Schools and more.
We are currently seeking a Development Coordinator. The Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Executive Director’s fundraising efforts by providing research and grant writing support, managing the donor database and donation activity including the processing of charitable gifts, creating donor reports, managing the ArtsBridge website and online donation activity, managing marketing and public relations efforts, supporting fundraising events including invitation mailings, managing rsvps, creating/coordinating events and event collateral material. Position reports to the Executive Director.
Qualified candidates will posses the following:
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in development or equivalent position.
- Arts education and/or arts background preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred.
- Ability to follow directions with minimum supervision.
- Excellent writing and research skills required.
- A high level of organizational skills required.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects/ communications.
- Demonstrates attention to detail, shows interest and takes initiative.
- Hard-working, self-starter with a pleasant phone manner and positive attitude.
- Typing/keyboard skill of 60-wpm minimum.
- Computer and internet proficiency: Windows, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Outlook.
- Ability to learn, access and proficiently manage donor databases (ArchTics, Network for Good).

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
