We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle office tasks, and assist in ensuring efficient operation within the organization.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for conferences and luncheons
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Assist in data entry and record maintenance
- Handle confidential information with integrity
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
- Familiarity with medical receptionist or medical office procedures is a plus
- Experience in event planning or real estate administrative tasks is advantageous
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite
