Our company is looking for a Commission Based Roofing Sales Powerhouse to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of roofing experience, be comfortable talking to customers and pitching new products, as well as spending time in our product development department, coming up with fresh ideas for new products. We're interested in hiring experienced professionals who have demonstrated success in previous roofinf or solar sales roles, has a passion for product development, and is comfortable interacting with a diverse customer base. Our Sales Representatives are motivated professionals who live and breathe product enhancement, so we're looking for individuals who are confident and capable of coming up with creative solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and accomplish new sales goals.
- Work at least 20 hours a week on set schedule.
- Set up sales meetings.
- Be able to call on a specific number of new and existing customers within a specified time period (two weeks).
- Establish territory.
- Plan and organize sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts with customers.
- Present product knowledge to potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful sales deals
- Exceptional customer service abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify sales opportunities
- Experience in outside sales, business development, and account management
- Proficiency in B2B sales and marketing strategies
- Familiarity with technology sales and Salesforce platform
- Technical sales background is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is an advantage for engaging with a diverse customer base

Pay: Industry or Related experience: Commission Only @+ 10%-12% Commission of contract price+ Bonuses + fuel reimbursement
