Job Overview:
As a Call Center Manager at pHountain Health, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our call center operations to ensure exceptional customer service and sales support. You will lead a team of call center representatives, manage daily activities, and drive performance to achieve business objectives.
Duties:
- Supervise and motivate a team of call center representatives to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize call center operations and enhance efficiency
- Monitor call center metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Train new employees on call center procedures, product knowledge, and customer service best practices
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience
Skills:
- Project management skills to oversee call center operations effectively
- Excellent command of English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong ability to manage, negotiate, and resolve conflicts
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or supervising roles
- Proficiency in analyzing data to drive decision-making
- Demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire and guide team members
