The role:
Transmission Agency is looking for a full-time Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will play a key support role for the project management department. This role is a combination of administrative and project coordination tasks. You’ll work across a number of clients and brands and act as direct support for the PM group and project team activities. You’ll work with people all over the company on a day-to-day basis, making for a dynamic and diverse experience.
What you'll do:

Assist and support 4-8 Senior Project Managers/Project Managers in their daily duties including:

Manage and route deliverables to reviewers leveraging a technical platform.

Enter project estimates in financial system

Open new Job Numbers and create Project Folders

Create and/or update daily hot sheet meetings doc and end-of-day status email
-
Run weekly (or bi-weekly, monthly) financial burn reports
-
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for a variety of projects

Create and/or update project team project onboarding doc as needed
-
Generate P.O.’s for vendors

Assist in client-specific program project deliverable uploads

Attend weekly staff and resource management meetings
What you'll bring:

You are looking to either make a career change to a position that can help you learn and grow exponentially over 12-18 months or bring 1+ years' of experience in project management focused role.

You are comfortable working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

A demonstrated aptitude to learn new technical systems.

Excellent organizational, communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills

Experience with MS Office and Google Applications (Drive, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
Nice-to-haves:

Experience working in Wrike or other project management productivity tools
Salary range for Dallas, TX candidates: $57,000 - $60,000 DOE & professional certifications.
