We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with their inquiries
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer questions regarding products, promotions, and store policies
- Assist with product demos and provide information on features and benefits
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or complaints
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to sell products and upsell additional items or services
- Attention to detail when handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
