Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and sales leads
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs to recommend the best solutions
- Provide multilingual support, particularly in English and Spanish
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette at all times
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly
- Ability to analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Experience with outbound calling and sales techniques is beneficial
- Proficient in data entry tasks with high accuracy
