Elysian Construction is looking for the current open position for Production Manager. It is an in office position that requires all facets of production management including but not limited to ordering materials, scheduling labor crews, scheduling with homeowners, coordinating all applicable trades, reviewing invoices, and updating our CRM platform. Our Production Manager is responsible for:
- Lead a team of Production Coordinators
- Reviewing customer files and interpret contracts.
- Communicating with customers and vendors daily.
- Tracking job information and updates in the CRM platform
- Interacting with internal staff from all departments.
- Ordering materials and coordinate deliver of goods for each job assigned.
- Managing and supporting crews and coordinate scheduling for multiple projects
- Managing and coordinating all applicable aspects of the job orders (roofing, siding, pavers, concrete etc.)
- Reviewing and confirm all vendor invoices align with work performed.
- Scheduling and confirm all appointments with homeowners and vendors.
- Ensuring all files move throughout the production pipeline according to the timelines set forth in the production process document.

We expect a Production Manager to come with:
- Experience working with Roofing and Siding either in the field or form a production coordination perspective
- 4-Year Degree from an Accredited College or University -or- 4 years analyzing data and making decisions.
- 6 years experience working with construction project coordination
- 3 years leadership experience leading a team within construction
- Leadership experience working with a remote team
- Ability to work in a CRM, HRIS and other office Technology
