Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between our clients and our agency, handling inquiries with a personal touch and ensuring all interactions reflect our high standards of service.
- Guide clients through the renewal process, meticulously reviewing and updating their policies to ensure their coverage meets their evolving needs.
- Execute policy changes and updates with precision, ensuring all client information is current and accurate.
- Work closely with underwriters to advocate for our clients' needs, facilitating solutions that align with their interests and resolving issues with diplomacy and expertise.
- Educate clients on their insurance options, empowering them with the knowledge to make informed decisions about their coverage.
- Address and resolve client concerns with empathy and efficiency, maintaining our agency's reputation for outstanding customer care.
- Keep comprehensive and detailed records of client interactions, policies, and transactions, contributing to a seamless client management system.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Brings a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, able to navigate complex situations with a calm and strategic mindset.
- Possesses a solid understanding of personal lines insurance products, with a keen ability to tailor solutions to individual client needs.
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring all client data is managed with confidentiality and precision.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to professional development and staying informed about industry trends and regulations.
- Has a General Lines Property and Casualty (P&C) Agent's license
