Head of People & Culture Engagement & Communications
Head of People & Culture Engagement & Communications is responsible for developing strategies to reach all employees via effective communications, driving high people engagement, and leading programs aimed at creating a positive workplace environment through communications, connection opportunities and engagement. Leads People & Culture communications – both internal and external – and is responsible for advancing Employee Value Proposition through employee
communications, engagement opportunities, and high collaboration with the People Excellence Team. Promotes company
and employment brand on social media platforms, driving virtual, physical and social engagement with employees in North America.
Required Skills:

Highly collaborative style; experience developing and implementing communications & employee engagement strategies
- High energy, maturity, and leadership with the ability to serve as a unifying force and to position communications discussions at both the strategic and tactical levels

Sincere commitment to work collaboratively with all constituent groups, internal & external to ISS
- Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills
- Excellent PowerPoint, graphic and digital video skills A strong track record as an implementer who thrives on managing a variety of key initiatives concurrently

A strong track record of deploying initiatives that increase employee engagement, sense of belonging & inclusion

Experience driving EVP internally and externally in marketplace

ISS offers full time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The annual salary range for this position is $125000 per year - $150000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
