Apple is seeking an experienced Associate Event Manager to enhance our Worldwide Events and Experiences team. The ideal candidate is collaborative, flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll demonstrate creativity, integrity, attention to detail, a highly developed sense of quality and accountability. We’re looking for someone who can bring our brand to life through the lens of the full attendee experience! The High Touch Experiences team is charged with bringing Apple’s iconic brand and products to life through engaging events and immersive activations, customized for influential audiences around the world (media, creators, artists, culture-shapers, industry leaders, etc). This team also supports the larger Worldwide Events team in producing product launches and key business moments like the Worldwide Developers Conference.
Description
Plan, coordinate, and drive monthly events from beginning to end - ideation, planning, cross functional collaboration, timelines, onsite management, vendor oversight, budget oversight, and event day management. Events include media briefings, product showcases, and smaller influencer engagements and participation in pre-planning and on-site support of Worldwide Events initiatives including Global Launches, WWDC and other key projects. In some cases this person may lead, in others they may play a critical supporting role. Job functions will revolve around our product experiences and include working closely with cross-functional partners to understand project objectives and expectations, project management, scheduling, budget management, logistics, operations and on-site support.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,700 and $166,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
