As the Director, Product Management (Remote), you will lead product solutions for Moore’s SimioCloud division. You’ll play a pivotal role in orchestrating all SimioCloud product strategies including innovative audience offerings for Moore’s nonprofit clients that identify highly qualified donor candidates across multi-channel marketing engagements.

Your impact:

Subject matter expert, proving vision and leadership of SimioCloud products.

Research, prepare, maintain, and evangelize the SimioCloud product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short and long-term releases.

Partner with cross-functional teams including Data Management, Engineering and Data Science to ensure data product solutions are driving value for clients.

Develop and maintain appropriate mechanisms (presentations, roadmap views, web pages, client meetings and briefings) to communicate product vision and plans to internal and external audiences.

Work closely with go to market teams and other stakeholders to define product specifications, use cases, actionable stories, pricing models and pricing for current and future products.

Provide direction on innovative audience strategies to drive donor conversion or increased gift giving.
Your Profile:

10+ years of product management experience at a fast growing, data-driven B2B organization.

5 years’ experience as a manager.

Bachelor’s degree.
- Accomplished data strategist with broad understanding of customer acquisition strategies across multi-channel distribution.

Proven track record of organizing, developing, and executing product management initiatives that deliver results with minimal guidance in a collaborative setting with multiple stakeholders and scrum teams.

Work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
