Scion Staffing, an award-winning full-service staffing firm, has been engaged to conduct a search for a Construction Business Operations Manager, on behalf of our highly regarded client in the construction space.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Business Operations Manager to provide executive-level leadership and ensure operational excellence in our rapidly growing construction company. The ideal candidate will drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability while developing and executing strategic plans to capitalize on market trends and enhance scalability.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategies
· Implement business plans aligned with company objectives
· Stay current with industry trends and analyze market opportunities
· Lead and develop a team of operations professionals
· Manage capital expenditures, equipment, fleet, supplies, and staff
· Optimize processes and identify growth opportunities
· Develop and monitor operational metrics and goals
· Participate in acquisition and integration activities
· Uphold company culture and maintain high standards of integrity
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field
· 7+ Years experience in Construction or similar industry.
· Strong financial acumen and P&L oversight
· Excellent leadership and communication abilities
· Experience in growing businesses
· Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
· Ethical, organized, and able to work in a dynamic environment
Compensation & Benefits:
· Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually
