Full Time: 40 hrs a week (29 Devoted Clinical Hours)
Multidiscipline therapeutic community providing supportive therapy and evidence informed clinical interventions services. You will be expected to work closely with our providers and our Founder & Director of Clinical Social Work to ensure effective and efficient care within the team.

- Full time is Monday – Friday
- Self-driven and must have efficient time management
- Must have previous clinical social work experience and will be obligated to display sound clinical judgement with a strong ethical code
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional concerns
- Provide individual, family and group counseling services and engages in multiple theoretical and evidence-based interventions
- Completing intake/assessments, develop treatment plan, complete intervention and discharge planning
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Fulfill case management services, including direct linkages to services, and service coordination
- Communicate observations and information about client caseload in group and individual supervision, if applicable
Qualifications:
- Pass background check and drug test.
- Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
- Clinical social work experience and will be obligated to display sound clinical judgement with a strong ethical code
- Self-reflection is the key to self-awareness! You will have the opportunity to have self-reflective progress reports yearly
- Fluent in Spanish, Chinese, Russian, and/or Yiddish a plus
