We are looking for passionate, results-oriented managers! We are currently interviewing assistant and general managers to fill positions across Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Chandler.
Our restaurant managers are responsible for leading our teams to consistently exceed guest expectations. Daily activities will focus on motivating our teams, driving sales, controlling costs and maintaining our high standards.
Specific Job Responsibilities of Restaurant Manager:
FOH Positions
- Hiring, assignment, training, motivation, evaluation and termination of personnel
- Tracks and Monitors, evaluates all employees on a quarterly basis
- Enforces Company policies and sees to the adherence of all.
- Maintains and files all records at facility.
- Provides every customer with a quality experience, in line with Company standards.
- Responds to inquiries from all customers and employees.
- Ensures restaurant is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations.
- Communicates with guests and employees to solve problems
- Ensures good safety practices of employees and guests throughout the restaurant.
- Maintains a consistent and current level of communication between the staff and management.
- Plans and implements work schedules.
- Initiates and sets up interview process. Final hiring decisions are made by the GM
- Documents and disciplines employees who do not follow policies and procedures
- Maintains all systems necessary to achieve all financial and operational goals for assigned unit.
- Educates/trains staff on specific techniques designed to drive sales through meal enhancement
- Conducts payroll every two weeks.
BOH Positions
- Generates all necessary reports for corporate.
- Plans and implements work schedules.
- Initiates and sets up interview process. Final hiring decisions are made by the GM
- Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints.
- Supervises cleaning/maintenance of equipment, arranges/repairs, contracts and other services
- Ensures efficiency when it comes to inventory stock on hand.
- Maintain all orders and inventory.
- Familiar with Excel, word, and google docs

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
