We’re seeking individuals who have experience in freight brokering and logistics solutions sales by creating qualifying leads, through cold calling, emailing, or in person. Then converting those leads to prospects and customers. This position will be responsible assisting operations of the customer by providing quotes, contract negotiations, freight alternatives, and follow ups.
Main Responsibilities:
- Finding leads through market analysis; cold call, email, in person visit, mail in company information; provide requested quotes and information; follow up with potential clients to close on sales contracts
- Develop sales plans to keep most up to date on current industry and client trends. As well as staying informed of up to date rates in the industry
- Develop international and domestic sales leads
- Keep close communication with acquired customers to provide optimum service and continuing business relationship growth
- Create a base structure to execute a strong business sales plan
Qualifications
- Experience in Freight Sales, Logistics Sales, Freight Brokering(Required)
- Strong Communication Skills

- Operation experience in international transportation
Compensation
- Commission on sales (Paid out on a percentage basis of freight sales)
