Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and scheduling appointments

- Billing and Accounts payable support
- Filing, copying, scanning and maintaining clean work environment
- Provide general office support where needed
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant, Clerk, or in a similar role.
- Customer Service Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Phone Etiquette
