As a Junior Account Manager, candidates will assist the Sr. Account Manager with customer service for new and existing clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing Microsite and working with the Marketing Department
- Assisting with the enrollment process, including set-up and post-follow-up,
- resolving billing and claims issues
- assist with new product implementation
- process enrollment paperwork in accordance with employer and vendor guidelines.
Candidates will provide ongoing support to the Sr. Account Manager as well as clients and further develop the client relationship. The Jr. Account Manager works closely with a team, including sales, enrollment, enrollment technology, and marketing staff, to assist with implementation.
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter. Successful candidates will be able to effectively manage clients’ needs by using their excellent organizational and communication skills. This position will require a strong work ethic, close attention to detail, and flexibility.
Jr. Account Managers must be willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License and be proficient with Microsoft Office. Limited overnight travel is required.
