Customer Service Representative
Inbound Customer Service Representative inbound /outbound customers,
Responsibility
· Conduct inbound/outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
· Introduce and promote company products/services to generate interest and qualify leads.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
· Record and document all interactions and feedback for future follow-ups.
· Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
· Manage calls in a timely manner.
· Collaborate with team to transfer qualified leads for further follow-up.
· Set up appointments with customers who are interested in service
· 1+ years in a call center or customer service position
· Previous experience in inbound/ outbound calling or telemarketing preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
· Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
· Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay Range: 18.00 - 20.00 per hour DOE
