The Banquet Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service during banquet events and ensuring guest satisfaction. They may set up banquet rooms, serve food and beverages, and assist with event cleanup.
Banquet Servers will serve either plated meals or buffets for corporate events, weddings, family reunions and all other catered events.
We offer you pay at $7.50 per hour plus service charge from events worked. With service charge received you'll average anywhere from $13.00 - $20.00 per hour or more depending on business levels.
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
- Greet guests as they enter an event
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with event cleanup and table bussing
- Prior experience serving is preferred, but willing to train
- Ability to carry heavy trays and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and high-pressure environment
- Flexible availability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
