Job Summary:
As the Dealership Group Fleet Manager at O'Meara Motors in Northglenn, Colorado, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the fleet department of our dealership group. Your primary goal will be to increase profitable sales by effectively managing the fleet operations and identifying and developing relationships with potential fleet customers and maintaining the current fleet customer base.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this role is $400,000 to $450,000 per year, paid semi-monthly through commission. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase fleet department profitability
- Identify and develop relationships with potential fleet customers
- Maintain and expand the current fleet customer database
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of fleet orders
- Ensure that all fleet operations are in compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management regularly
- Train and motivate the fleet sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
- Oversee vehicle inventory and arrange for necessary vehicle transfers between dealerships
- Participate in local and regional events to promote the dealership and increase fleet sales
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet sales or a similar role in the auto industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
