Responsibilities
- In-Home Sales Presentations: Build trust and educate customers by identifying their needs and showcasing Lifetime’s proven sales presentation.
- Lead Management: Receive new leads daily and achieve growth by hitting sales targets, following the company’s strategic sales plan.
- Sales Closure: Expertly negotiate and close sales, ensuring all contracts are promptly entered into the company CRM.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards for sales materials, ensuring all samples are clean and in working condition.
- Team Collaboration: Regularly attend and participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay at the forefront of industry practices.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 2+ years of in-home sales experience with a documented track record of productivity.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using digital pricing tools and presentation software to enhance customer interactions.
- Sales System Familiarity: Experience with in-home sales systems and willingness to adhere to structured sales training.
- Physical Requirements: Able to work in both field and interior office environments, sit for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
