Who You Are
We are looking for experienced Nurse Practitioners who will provide compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental care to our patients 18+ on a pay-per-encounter basis.
This is a W2 position with a pay-per-encounter model. We offer tremendous flexibility - you decide your availability. Our providers love having the ability to determine when they will see patients and the stability of a W2 position.

Role
- See adult patients for care via telemedicine using the technology platform provided by the practice
- Create comprehensive patient assessments & treatment plans
- Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements
- Provide excellent, personalized patient care aimed at addressing individual patient concerns
- Must have the ability to develop a meaningful connection and empathize with patients
Qualifications
- Must have appropriate California state licensure for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) including an active California furnishing license
- Must have, or be working to obtain, a California DEA license
- 2+ years of experience providing care to patients
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software
- Dedicated to providing the best patient care possible
- Experience in integrative health a big plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Preference given to candidates credentialed with insurance companies in CA
