Who you are
The ideal candidate will have customer service skills, administrative and medical records experience, be detailed-oriented, and have excellent computer skills. The perfect candidate will also feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, working independently, interacting with employees and clients of the Agency and represent the Agency with the highest level of integrity.
Position Description:
Provides general clerical support, including answering of telephones. May be responsible for input of data entry for payroll records, mails and tracks documents which may include Discharge Summaries, POA letters, MD orders, COTI and IPOC. Adheres to HIPPA standards when organizing confidential patient records. Coordinates patient visits with clinical staff and with admissions team to ensure patient admissions are performed to standard. Greets and directs visitors to appropriate resources.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Ability to coordinate multiple functions and appropriate phone etiquette
- One year medical office experience preferred

Must have visual and hearing acuity. Must be able to communicate clearly verbally. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. May be exposed to minor hazards/communicable diseases. Physically active walking, standing, bending, lifting, and climbing stairs. Must not have any back lifting/moving restrictions. Must provide proof of automobile insurance upon hire and at each renewal and maintain a safe driving record.
