Oxmoor Medical Group seeks an Office Manager for our primary care private practice. This is a full-time position. This job offers a predictable schedule and does not require working in the office on major holidays or weekends. Our wonderful patients, together with our staff, create a family feel in the office. Everyone—the doctors, the front staff, the clinical staff, and management—works together toward the same goal: great patient care. Job Description:
- Manage quality measure by payor: Wellness, MIPS, Quality Gaps, and payor incentive programs
- Train providers and staff on quality measures
- Assist with Hiring and training staff
- Monitoring and training Transition of Care Management
- Coordinate with our ACO
- Maintain Relationships with our external partners: Imprint, ExactScience, StreamlineScientific (formally Assurance), Zio Heart Monitor, Alabama One, AL-PDMP
- Order medical supplies and office supplies as needed
- Diabetes Education with CGM placement
- Inhaler Education
- Develop our Chronic Care Management program
- Step in to cover for staff as needed
- Help close gaps for each provider
- Assist with proper CPT codes for encounter
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
