Transitions Healthcare Shook Home is currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team of talented individuals.
The hours of this position could vary from 8am until 6pm 7 days per week.

Receptionist Responsibility Highlights include:
· · Greets and assists all visitors.
- Answers the telephone, and directs all calls, and takes messages.
- Provides clerical support as directed by the Administrator – i.e., typing, duplicating, faxing, filing, laminating, etc.
- Handles all aspects of incoming and outgoing mail services.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies.
- Schedules/coordinates resident hair care appointments and timely distributes schedule weekly.
- Prepares and distributes letters to families and responsible parties regarding care planning meetings.
- Coordinates phone system maintenance and voice mail set up.
- Maintains meeting room scheduling calendar.
Receptionist Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year clerical or administrative support experience in an office setting.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite and Outlook
