Job Title: Hotel Front Office Manager

Join our Holiday Inn Express & Suites property in San Diego, CA! We are seeking a Front Office Manager who is passionate about hospitality and driven to succeed. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing all hotel front office operations. You will be expected to promote an atmosphere that ensures proactive, friendly, and efficient services for guests. You will also work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations and lead by example.
Your duties and responsibilities include fully accepting responsibility assigned by the General Manager, providing weekend and evening on-site front desk and management coverage, resolving guest complaints in accordance with IHG and Corporate standards, supervising department personnel, monitoring departmental budgets for labor, participating in Sales and Staff meetings, and updating PMS availability from reservations, cancellations, and group bookings. You will also be responsible for coordinating suite inventory, creating a cleaning schedule and special project list for all areas of responsibility, and participating in all client functions and special events.
