We are looking for an experienced Junior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a junior project manager, with the ability to assist in the coordination and management of multiple industrial warehouse construction projects. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, manage resources, and create reports that accurately reflect the progress of the project. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Development and Implementation of all Safety Requirements. This will include the IBG Site Specific H&S Plan as well as any Owner specific Safety Requirements
2. Assist with the development of any required pre bid strategy meetings and bidding schedules
3. Assist with the Development of Project Budgets/Estimates and proposal preparation
4. Negotiation and Preparation of the final Scope of Work and Supporting Documentation required to submit Subcontract request to Operations Manager for completion of all subcontract agreements (including PO & WO.
5. Management and Coordination of all Subcontractors
6. Management and Implementation of all Subcontract Agreements
7. Development, Management and Implementation of the Subcontractor Schedule and Key Milestone Dates
8. Assist in the preparation of any Management of all Financial Reports for either the customer or IBG.
9. Completion and review of all Daily Paperwork and Proper Documentation of the project.
10. Facilitate and participate in Attend all Weekly Subcontractor Meetings
11. Daily Interaction with all field personnel as well as office Personnel.
12. Review, Coding, and Approval of Monthly Subcontractor and Consultant invoices and Final Review preparation of all Owner Invoices prepared for the projects under your control
13. Implementation of all Procore Management tools
14. Temporary Field Coverage as required.
15. Travel to any sites either in State or Out of State
16. Participation in any Pre-Construction Planning and Due Diligence required for upcoming projects
17. Assist in the facilitation of all required permitting and AHJ approvals for upcoming projects.
