Managing all aspects of ticketing operations for one of the world's largest and most prestigious sporting events. This individual will lead a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the efficient, secure, and customer-focused distribution of tickets to millions of spectators. The role requires a blend of strategic planning, operational excellence, team leadership, and stakeholder management to deliver a seamless ticketing experience for fans while maximizing revenue and minimizing fraud.
Collaborate with the Product and Sales teams in the creation of packages which include tickets, accommodation, transport, hospitality, and other options.
Assist in the specification of ticket management functionality required in systems for the efficient and accurate allocation and tracking of tickets.
Manage the allocation of tickets and ticket inclusive hospitality inventory to off-the-shelf, customized and tailored travel packages to maximize sales.
Ensure that ticketing information is kept up to date and that relevant Functional Areas are informed of changes that could impact operations.
Provide reports as required.
Assist in the planning and delivery of digital tickets to clients.
Train and supervise any additional ticketing staff that may be required.
Other ticketing duties, as necessary to support successful delivery of the project.
Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, in particular advanced capability in Excel
Proficiency in project management applications
Strong customer service ethic
Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multi-task and manage concurrent priorities.
Fluent in English – knowledge of Spanish and French-Canadian languages a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills – written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Proactive in identifying areas where support can be provided in order to meet deadlines.
Able to travel extensively both domestically and international.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$168,750 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$225,000 annually
