**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales and business development, with a passion for building relationships and driving sales growth.
**Duties:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
**Qualifications:**
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
- Proficiency in point of sale (POS) software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets
