**Job Overview:**
Green Light Solar is seeking a few motivated Sales Professionals with some experience in Solar to join our INSIDE SALES TEAM. Green Light Solar has a foothold in the industry with active install operations in AZ, TX, OK, LA, and CO.

We generate live, real time, exclusive leads. Meaning you will speak to people who ACTUALLY want to hear about solar. We work with industry leading marketing teams to provide high quality opportunities for our Inside Sales Team

Our Senior Energy Analysts work from a private office, in a fun environment focused on taking care of our customers and providing top tier equipment at an unbeatable price. This is a professional but fun atmosphere with a culture built around success.

**Duties:**
- Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their solar energy needs
- Present and explain the benefits of solar energy systems
- Create customized solar proposals based on customer requirements
- Utilize sales techniques to negotiate and close deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay informed about market trends and developments in the solar industry
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in software tools for creating proposals and presentations
- Experience in direct sales is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base but not necessary
- Strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively
- Previous experience in sales or leadership roles is beneficial
- Knowledge of market strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems for tracking leads and sales data
- Technical sales background is preferred for understanding solar energy systems and their benefits

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
