Maintain the daily schedule for the Service Department and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communication with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers informed as to company schedule and requested lead-times.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls, create work orders, dispatch service technicians
- Communicate with customers and technicians regarding work order status and schedule follow up appointments for repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure parts are ordered and received in a timely manner, notify technician when parts are received, communicate status to customer and schedule any subsequent appointments.
- Maintain maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, and staging of materials, database information, and renewals.
- Follow up on quotes provided by technicians and ensure customer needs have been adequately met.
- Ensure all invoices are paid and collect any outstanding balances as needed.
- Track and prepare technician performance reports and commissions.
-Process warranty claims per supplier and manufacturer's guidelines and ensure proper credit has been received.

Skills
- Ability to multi-task and work both independently and with a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of HVAC Industry
- Experience using Service Titan and Microsoft Office
- HVAC Dispatching Experience preferred
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Five years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
