Overview:
The Account Coordinator should manage all aspects of the client and caregiver relations that pertain to their territory. They will coordinate roughly 45-60 clients at a time and will do everything they can to ensure and maintain their clients' and caregivers' satisfaction throughout their time spent with CFH.
Responsibilities:
- Contact new clients sent in their territory for an introduction and assessment
- Enter new clients into system after initial call is made
- Post open roles on Indeed and also look internally for candidates
- Recruit and onboard candidates
- Calling clients in territory for follow ups and document conversations
- Receive calls, texts and emails from caregivers and clients that pertain to your territory
- Communicating with clients and caregivers when changes/issues arise
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and caregivers
- Work with other Territory Coordinators and direct supervisors when necessary
Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Healthcare experience/background is a plus
- Organizational skills
Additional Information:
This is a full-time, 9am - 5pm position Monday - Friday, but availability after 5pm and on weekends may be necessary. Upon hire, you will receive a company laptop and iPhone. This is a 100% remote position.
