Role Description:
The role of the Assistant Plant Operator involves providing crucial support to the management team in a continuous 24-hour production setting. As the Assistant Plant Operator, your collaboration will be integral to both the management team and production supervisors.
Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

Supervising the production process to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintaining product quality within specified guidelines.
- Acting as a liaison between different departments.

Enforcing health and safety protocols, including Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP).

Ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity among facility workers.

Overseeing and motivating a team of facility workers.
-
Identifying training requirements and ensuring proper training sessions are conducted.
Anticipating potential challenges and devising effective solutions.

General Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
While not mandatory, the following skill sets are preferred:

Familiarity with HACCP, SOP, SSOP.

Knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations.

Understanding of fair labor standards.

Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Japanese.

Pay:
